CUET UG 2025

The registration date of CUET 2025 is released by NTA from 1 March 2025 to 24 March 2025.CUET aspirants fill out the CUET 2025 application form on the official website cuetug.ntaonline.in. The correction window of CUET 2025 will open from 26 March 2025 to 28 March 2025, till 11:50 PM. The admit card release date is in the second week of May 2025, and the date of the CUET UG exam will be held from May 8 to June 1, 2025.

What is CUET 2025 UG

CUET is the national-level exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to Central, Private, and Deemed Universities. CUET 2025 is a single entrance exam for all the programs (Commerce, Science, Humanities, and even Engineering) in Universities across the Country. 

CUET exam is a standardized exam that gives a fair chance to every candidate from different educational backgrounds. In 2024, approx 200 Universities participated in this exam for their admission to various courses but in 2025 approx 500+ Universities participated which include universities like Delhi University (DU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and Jawaharlal Nehru.

Exam pattern of CUET 2025 UG

Section 
Section-1This section will ask questions about topics such as Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, etc.
Students have to attempt 50 questions!
Section-2This section includes 23 Domain subjects from the +2 level, all based on the NCERT syllabus.
Students have to attempt 50 questions!
Section-3This section contains questions from Basic Mathematics, Basic Reasoning and Mental Ability, and Basic General Knowledge.

Eligibility criteria of CUET 2025 UG

Age LimitNo age limit for candidates
QualificationMust be passed their Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in the General category and 45% for reserved categories.
ReservationIndian nationals of specific categories (OBC-NCL, Gen-EWS, SC, ST) 
Persons with disability (PWD)An extra 20 minutes will be given to the candidates For a one-hour exam
A minimum of 40% of disability person is required for reservation benefit
