CUET is a standardised test used by several universities and colleges ranging from Delhi University (DU) to Banaras Hindu University (BHU). Aspiring college students who wish to pursue undergraduate studies in 2023 will have to take this Common University Entrance Test (CUET). This test allows universities to evaluate candidates on a level playing field, irrespective of their academic backgrounds and institutions.  The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and is a computer-based test. It is a three-hour long exam consisting of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) that test the student’s knowledge in various subjects like mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and general knowledge.

CUET 2023 Registration :

The national testing agency has begun the CUET 2023 registration procedure for the Common University Entrance Test Exam.

Candidates who will be taking the CUET 2023 for admission to undergraduate programmes can fill CUET 2023 registration form on the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in. Candidates are advised to go through the CUET Notification before filling the form. It is available on the official website mentioned above.

As per the official notification, The CUET 2023 Registration has been started and the last date to submit the CUET 2023 form is March 12, 2023.

CUET (UG) Fees

For CUET (UG) Fees – 2023, fees will be charged based on the number of subjects chosen by the candidates. The following fee structure is applicable for CUET (UG) – 2023:​

Exam Pattern :

Section 1A-LanguagesThere are 13 different Languages (Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu ). Any of these languages may be choosen. 40/50.
Section 1B-LanguagesThere are 20 languages. Any of these languages may be chosen. 
Section 2-DomainThere are 27 specific subjects being offered. A Candidate may choose any subject as desired by the applicable University/Universities.35/40-45/50.
Section 3-General TestFor any such undergraduate programme/programmes being offered by Universities where a General Test is being used for admission.50/60

Eligibility

The candidates who have passed the class 12 /equivalent examination or are appearing in 2023 irrespective of their age can appear in CUET (UG) – 2023 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria (if any) of the University / Institution / Organization in which they are desirous of taking admission.
