Meritzone Education believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be accepted after the product order has been completed.
No cancellations are actioned for those products that the Meritzone Education marketing team has given special offers on special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine's Day, specific examinations, etc. These are limited-occasion offers, and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case the product you received is not the same as shown on the site, you must take action and send an E-MAIL to our team ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will make an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your admission within a week of the date of admission to any course, a 20% fee will be deducted. 50% of the fees will be refunded if one cancels within a month of the date of admission. In case of cancellation after more than one month, no amount will be refunded.
